No. Oncu reads the export your EVV system already produces, whichever system that is. You send us the file you already generate; we never write to your source system and never modify a source row.

A short, PHI-free text about their own visit — for example, that a visit is missing a clock-out. Never a client name, address, or any care detail. Reminders are rate-limited to a single gentle nudge and sent only during quiet-hours-compliant windows. Reply STOP at any time.
A Business Associate Agreement is included and must be accepted before any real data is uploaded. Every record is scoped to your agency and enforced by database row-level security, protected health information never leaves the platform in a message, and every action lands in an append-only audit log.
